About The Institute Of Company  Secretaries Of India

The Institute Of Company Secretaries of India The ICSI is constructed under an Act of Parliament. ICSI is only the professional body that regulates the Company Secretaries in India. ICSC also receives the bestowing the designation of company secretary by which the candidate will be eligible for membership. The head quarters at New Delhi. ICSI enrolls 27,313 members including 5,225 members holding a certificate of the practice. ICSI converted into statutory body under the act of 1981. The ICSI has been recognized for the appointments for the many different posts like under the central government. ICSI conducted post membership course for their membership peoples. The ICSI conducted programs under 3 categories: Foundation Program: all of the candidates who have are the individuals who have passed their Senior Secondary examinations (10+2), they are now eligible for admission to some Foundation Program. Executive Program: at this level the graduates who have actually passed the Foundation Examination are the one who are eligible for joining the Executive Program. Professional Program: at this level there must be a registered student who is admitted to some Professional Program, this is on passing the Executive examination.
